"Refund took way too long"
I wasn’t expecting getting a refund to turn into such a stressful hassle. It ended up taking weeks, and I kept having to wonder when my money would actually come back. the whole thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Cute at first, but I wish I read the reviews"
I really liked the fit and style when I first got it, so I was excited to wear it. But after only a couple washes, the material started pilling, and one of the seams came loose way sooner than I expected. For the price, I definitely thought it would hold up better. It’s not terrible, but I wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve thought twice...

I had mixed feelings about this. Some pieces looked okay at first, but overall the styles felt kind of outdated in person. They looked cuter in the photos, but once I saw them up close, the quality felt a bit cheap and not as trendy as I expected.

My order arrived quickly, but one of the dresses had a broken zipper, which was definitely frustrating. I sent photos to customer service, and they replied the next day. They gave me the choice of a refund or a replacement, which felt fair and reassuring. Of course, I wish everything had arrived perfect the first time, but the way they handled it made me feel confident ordering from them again

I usually shop on superdown when there’s a sale going on or I have a discount code to use. That’s when it feels most worth it, especially for dresses and cute going-out tops.

That said, I don’t think everything is automatically a good deal. Some pieces still seem a little overpriced for the quality, even after the discount, so I usually compare before buying.
Overall, I’d say it’s decent if you catch the right sale. Not the best value every single time, but good enough when the price drops

I did get the exchange taken care of in the end, but it felt like it took longer than it should have. I had a gut feeling it might be a bit of a wait, and unfortunately that turned out to be right.

"Cute stuff without spending too much"
I ordered a couple dresses from superdown and honestly... happy with them for the price. The styles are cute and trendy, kind of that going-out look, but they didn’t feel as overpriced as some other sites I’ve looked at.

The quality isn’t amazing or anything, but it felt fair for what I paid. One dress was a little tighter than I expected, so maybe sizing is a bit hit or miss, but yeah, I’d probably order again if there’s a sale.

"Got what I needed, but the site stressed me out a little"
I did end up finding what I was looking for, so it’s not a disaster or anything, but wow, the site felt way more annoying than it needed to be. The filters would load weird sometimes, and on mobile it had me questioning my entire life for a second. Checkout also took me a minute to figure out, which felt dramatic for no reason. It works, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Surprisingly painless return process"
I was expecting the return to be a whole hassle, because that’s usually how these things go, but it was actually quick and easy. Credit where it’s due, they managed to make returning something less annoying than I thought it would be.

I ordered two dresses in the exact same size, and somehow one was way too tight while the other was huge. It made no sense. The return process was frustrating too because the next steps weren’t very clear, so I kept wondering what I was supposed to do next. i don’t really trust their size chart anymore.

"Cute dress, but the timing and fabric were a letdown"
I ordered a dress from superdown the fit was cute once I tried it on. But the fabric felt thinner than I expected and not as soft or high quality as I was hoping for, especially for the price. What made it more annoying was the timing, it showed up later than I really needed it, so I didn’t even get to wear it for the thing I bought it for. It looked fine on, just didn’t feel as nice as I wanted. I’d maybe buy again, but probably only if it was on sale.

They did end up helping me, and I appreciate that. It just took longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating. I get that things get busy, but a quick update or a little more communication would’ve been the decent thing to do. Overall, not a bad experience, just slower than expected

"Shipping was almost as much as the dress"
I was about to order a dress, but once I saw the shipping cost, I backed out. It was nearly as much as the dress itself, which just didn’t feel worth it. I also tried asking about it and the email reply felt like it came from a robot, not an actual person. Frustrating overall.

"Pretty accurate overall"
I ordered a dress from superdown last week while I was trying to find something to wear for a dinner I almost forgot about, and the product details were accurate. The color looked just like it did online, which I always worry about because my apartment lighting makes everything look different anyway. The sizing info was helpful too and it fit about how I expected. The fabric was a little thinner than I thought it would be, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Frustrating checkout, but I still wanted it to work"
I had mixed feelings because I actually liked what I picked out, but the checkout process was a mess. The page kept freezing, and my card got declined twice even though it works perfectly fine everywhere else. Then it reloaded and completely emptied my bag. At that point I just gave up. Really annoying experience...

I ordered a dress and a top from superdown, and they looked really cute online, but, in person, the quality just felt kind of cheap. The dress material was thin, and the top already had loose threads after I wore it once. The fit was okay, nothing terrible, but, for the price, I just didn’t feel like it was worth it. I might still browse their stuff, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless it was on sale

My order showed up without any issues, so that part was fine. The sizing just felt a little off, not sure how to explain it, but it didn’t fit the way I expected. I ended up returning it, and the return process took longer than I thought it would.

"Box looked a little questionable"
The box showed up a bit crushed, which made me suspicious at first about what I was going to find inside. Luckily, the clothes were fine, but the packaging didn’t feel very sturdy. They could definitely pack it better
